Over the past several years in my personal life and in my practice I keep returning to this beautiful sculpture by Artist Paige Bradley entitled, Expansion. This sculpture so dynamically encapsulates the internal struggle, pain, and ultimate surrender to the divine light that is bursting to reveal itself and shine through. Only through these tumultuous life lessons and experiences we have endured and self-reflected upon do our hard exteriors crack as we learn to recognize, give and receive love in all its forms.
We are truly awakening to love.
I look forward to connecting with you throughout this upcoming year... the introspection, self-love, and compassion for the community have been truly transformational. May we continue to learn from our ancestors and truly be the change we wish to see in the world.
