CANCELLATION POLICY –

 

For Spiritual Counseling or Reiki /TransCrystal healing Sessions

For cancellations 24 hours or less notice is required before your appointment time, otherwise, a service fee of $25 is charged.

For Classes:
Registration is open from the date the class is posted until the day before the class start date.  All classes have a limited number of spaces available.  Once those slots are filled the registration for the class is closed.

Cancellation / Refund Policies:

  • No refunds will be given for individuals who cancel less than 24 hours prior to the class start date or do not show up.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of class will get a 50% refund.  Workbooks are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations minimum of one week prior, and there is a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations of more than two weeks - 100% of the registration fee may be transferred to another program within 6 months.

  • No refunds will be issued once you begin a program.

  • Cancellations MUST be in writing (mail/email)

Missed Classes and Make-ups For Reiki Training Programs:

  • It is important to make every effort to participate in all your scheduled classes for the Reiki Training Programs.  These programs are structured the way they are to provide you with the best opportunity to develop a strong foundation in each of the degree levels.  

  • 2/3-day Intensive: If one of the classes during the 2-day intensive is missed, you will NOT be able to continue the program and tuition will NOT be refunded.  In this case you would have to re-register and begin the program again with another class.

Spiritual Guidance, Reiki and other alternative health consultancy services are pursuant to California SB-577 and section 2053.6.

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  Reiki does not take the place of medical care.  It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment that you may have.
